Overview
Most leadership failures are not knowledge failures. Leaders freeze decisions they should release, hover over people they claim to trust, run on stale pictures of moving situations, and absorb risks in silence. Twelve skills under six pillars (Credibility First, Deliberate Trust, Intent That Travels, Insight Before Action, Initiative Inside Intent, and Right-Level Risk) are taught in four modules. Every skill produces an artifact built on your own live work, to a stated standard.
Pillars
- Credibility First
- Deliberate Trust
- Intent That Travels
- Insight Before Action
- Initiative Inside Intent
- Right-Level Risk
What you will be able to do
- Produce an evidence-based self-audit across the six leader facets, calibrate it against three outside views, and stake a witnessed ninety-day development wager.
- Diagnose a real misfiring delegation with the six-link chain, build a graduated trust ladder for one person, and write a complete decision-handover contract with a signed risk line.
- Climb a live question from raw signals to a declared-rung brief, run one full leadership loop on a real effort, and wire that effort with a drift board carrying leading signals and calm-set tripwires.
- Apply the three-lane initiative gate to time-critical decisions, route a live risk to ownership or a packaged elevation, and set announced oversight levels per person per task.
Terminal learning objectives
One per module, stated as action, condition, and standard. The standard is what a learner must demonstrate; it is observable and checkable.
M1
The Whole Leader
- Action
- Produce an evidence-based self-audit across the six leader facets, calibrate it against three outside views, and stake a witnessed ninety-day development wager.
- Condition
- Given the common conditions stated in How to Use.
- Standard
- Participant produces a Six-Facet Audit Sheet with dated, witnessed evidence on all six facets and one load-bearing gap named; a Mirror Check plan with three vantage-point mirrors and four situation-anchored questions, having survived one two-sentence-rule rep; and a Growth Wager card that passes the stranger-referee test with a named Witness holding both dates.
M2
The Trust Engine
- Action
- Diagnose a real misfiring delegation with the six-link chain, build a graduated trust ladder for one person, and write a complete decision-handover contract with a signed risk line.
- Condition
- Given the common conditions stated in How to Use.
- Standard
- Participant produces a Chain Check Card with film-able evidence on all six links and the first weak link routed to its repair skill; a Trust Ladder Sheet with task-specific proof and a dated visible extension; and a Room-to-Move Contract whose walls pass the overturn test, whose Bring-first column holds three items or fewer, and whose risk line is signed.
M3
The Leader's Loop
- Action
- Climb a live question from raw signals to a declared-rung brief, run one full leadership loop on a real effort, and wire that effort with a drift board carrying leading signals and calm-set tripwires.
- Condition
- Given the common conditions stated in How to Use.
- Standard
- Participant team produces an Insight Ladder sheet with baselines on every Shape figure and a rung declared; each participant produces a Loop Card with a marked five-sentence Read, a conditions-based finish, and a Voice that survived a live echo test; and a Drift Check board with 3–5 leading signals, tripwires carrying numbers and dates, and the three calls understood.
M4
Freedom with Rails
- Action
- Apply the three-lane initiative gate to time-critical decisions, route a live risk to ownership or a packaged elevation, and set announced oversight levels per person per task.
- Condition
- Given the common conditions stated in How to Use.
- Standard
- Participant team lanes six gate scenarios by the three questions and writes one four-line after-report in four lines; each participant completes an Own-or-Elevate Slip on a live risk with a written line and a named acceptance; and each produces a Trust Dial Matrix for one direct report with per-task settings cited to proof and stakes and one announcement delivered aloud.
