One course

One named learner, one year of access, every lesson and job aid, and the Certificate of Completion. Audience edition changes the content and framing, not the price.
Course or plan? Buy the course when you want one program in one edition, paid once, with nothing recurring. Choose a plan when you want a tier of the catalog kept current for as long as you subscribe: a Foundation year costs a little more than one course and opens every edition of its program; Professional and All-Access open more programs than a course buyer could buy singly for the price.

$495 per attempt, one-time
Mission-Ready Resilience Professional, a vendor credential issued by Mission Success Solutions, LLC. One attempt at the examination. You have 90 days from the day you buy it to start the attempt. A retake is $295.
An active All-Access plan includes one attempt at each certification per plan year. There is no proctoring, the examination reports pass or fail only, and the credential is verifiable by anybody who has the code.
Seats for your team
All-Access seat licenses, billed annually, named but reassignable. Volume bands apply to the total contracted seat count. Purchase orders and net terms are accepted; request a quote and we will send the paperwork.

Common questions
- Can I pay by purchase order?
- Yes, for team and organizational purchases. Request a quote; we accept purchase orders and net terms, and the quote carries everything your accounts-payable team needs.
- What do I get when I finish a course?
- A Certificate of Completion with a serial number and a public verification page, issued when every required lesson is complete.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Change tier, move Professional or All-Access between monthly and annual, update your card, or cancel from your account; changes take effect at the next billing date. Foundation is offered annually.
- Why is a single course priced close to a Foundation year?
- Because they are different purchases. A course is one program in one edition, paid once and yours for a year. A Foundation year is a subscription to the whole Foundation tier, every edition, kept current. We price the course at the level the work deserves and let the plan be the better value for anyone who will take more than one thing.
- What does a certification attempt buy?
- One attempt at the examination, with a window to start it that the order states. It is refundable until the attempt starts and not refundable once it starts. An active All-Access plan includes one attempt per certification per plan year.
- Is the K-12 or Public Safety edition different?
- Same objectives, skill models, and standards; scenarios, examples, and vocabulary are written for that audience.
